With so many incredible artisans along the Oregon/Washington coast and further afield, we're delighted to introduce people to new makers and old favorites. We pride ourselves on sourcing locally whenever possible and these are just a few of many!
Brewing from Astoria, OR, they provide our lobby with damn good beer, and Buoy strives to create a tremendous space and culture for our community to enjoy with us.
Locally roasted in Cannon Beach, OR, we are proud to serve Sleepy Monk coffee in our lobby and our guest rooms!
We love Coopers Hall and the way they helped pave the way for greater access to wines on tap. We pour a rotating selection of their wine by the glass or carafe on our own tap wine system.
You can find Portland-based 1927 S’mores included in our Bonfire Package. Mouth-watering from-scratch graham crackers and marshmallows all sourced from local ingredients make for a perfect bonfire treat.
Our favorite candles are made of beeswax and crafted by Big Dipper Wax Works in Seattle. Their natural, sustainable ingredients & sourcing practices are something we can stand behind.
One of our favorite local breweries just a few minutes north in Astoria, OR! We pour a couple of taps at in the Ashore Bar on rotation and feature some of their canned brews in our Local Beer Sampler enhancement.
We love ourselves some Kelly Fox Pinot Noir and supporting this female winemaker producing biodynamic wines with love in Willamette Valley, OR.
Founded in 2011, Jacobsen Salt was the first company to harvest salt in the PNW since Lewis & Clark built their salt works in 1805 (check it out in Seaside!) You can take your pick of which Jacobsen Salt you would like with your popcorn from the Ashore bar.
We source our yummy baked goods at the Ashore Bar from Dough Dough Bakery, located just down the street in Seaside! We are proud to support them as a local bakery who uses hyper-local ingredients whenever possible.
